If you have dog(s), please expect a $450 plus tax initial fee plus $40 pet rent plus tax per month per pet. We accept all breeds EXCEPT Doberman Pinchers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chow-Chows, Huskies, Mastiffs, Pit Bulls, Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers and any dog-wolf mix, or mix containing one of aforementioned breeds. ESA animals require Liv form to be completed by medical professional. Maximum 3 pets (can have two dogs and one cat or a different combination just not 3 dogs). Expect an additional $100 plus tax initial fee for an additional dog and $50 plus tax initial fee per additional cat, plus adequate monthly pet rent with tax per month per pet. An additional dog requires a $35 poo printing fee at move-in. No pet weight limit.
